1.2 No Personal Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice


The information on this Site, including articles, tools, videos, guides, examples, and any communication provided through contact forms, surveys, or discovery calls, is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not:

  • Personalized financial advice
  • Investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any product

If, despite the above, we are found liable to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, our aggregate liability will be limited to the lesser of one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100) or the amount you actually paid to us (if any) for the specific service involved in the claim.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the courts of the Province of Ontario, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
